Altered Dictionary for Create with Prima

Today's post is a bit of a bittersweet one for me. Back in November, I made the decision that it was time for me to resign from my last Design Team.  Today is my last Design Team post after about 11 years of designing.  These teams have been such a big part of my life for so long, that it's a bit sad to have it come to an end.  I've got so many things in my future that I'm looking forward to though!

I want to truly thank everyone who has followed, supported and encouraged me over all these years!  I also want to thank everyone who has given me the opportunity to work with your products and represent you!  It has truly been an honor and a pleasure!

I'll still be around and maybe will even design again some day.  Who ever knows what the future holds?

So a huge thank you and huge hugs to everyone who has been on my journey with me throughout all these years!

For this post, I decided to just do something I love and use so many of the Prima products that I love, too! I'm a huge lover of reading and books and I think that dictionaries are so COOL!  I went to a local thrift store and picked up this huge dictionary for a whopping $1.62!  Then I let my Prima products help me do my thing!

Of course, there is a full video tutorial that you can watch right here!

I'm including some close-ups so that you can see the details. This dictionary has a lot of design elements and supplies, but is still completely usable!

I tucked in lots of tags, not only for the way it looks, but also to bookmark some of my favorite words and words that inspire me.

On this tag (and on others), I even used  an ephemera piece to add more detail.  You can do as much, or as little as you like!

Although I didn't add them yet, I think there will be things like paperclips that will make their way into the pages of this dictionary.  So many more possibilities!

Thank you again for watching and dropping by!

Be sure to check out Create with Prima on Facebook and the Prima Blog to see what the teams are up to!  It's CHA time, so I've noticed some fun giveaways and of course new products to play with!!
